Dr Phillip Marks
Phillip founded Unwritten in 2022, having led climate at Palantir. He has over ten years of experience in sustainability and an academic background in supercomputer-scale modelling (quantum mechanics) from the University of Oxford. He previously served as CTO.

Alex Spencer
Alex joined Unwritten in 2023 from Oliver Wyman, where he worked with financial institutions and standard setters globally for 6+ years on climate finance and risk agendas. Alex sits on UNPRI and UNEP-FI climate finance working groups.
Vivek Gandhi

Vivek Gandhi
Vivek leads product development at Unwritten, having previously developed climate models for policymakers in Brussels and London. He is pursuing a part-time PhD at UCL researching climate finance networks in emerging markets.

Phoebe joined Unwritten as a First Class Computer Science graduate from Exeter and swiftly rose from Full Stack Engineer to Engineering Manager (2024–25) and now Head of Engineering.
